added suport for uaas badge om projects

- Added frontend code for uaas badge in `CompatibilityReport.cshtml`
- Changed styling of buttons to match uaas
- Clean up in selectors
- Fixed lineheight on buttons
- Changed Categories to match button design
- More subtle hover effects on package forum posts
- Added spacing between two solved forum posts in the overview
- Added max width and text-overflow to categories, to prevent them
 from displaying on multiple lines
- Removed icon from create thread
- Removed icon from Download package, and corrected typography
